    432Hz: The Natural Calm

    Small studies have shown that 432Hz music can lower heart rate, reduce anxiety, and drop blood pressure compared to standard 440Hz tuning. It's the frequency of the exhale.

    528Hz: The Stress Release

    Research has found that just five minutes of 528Hz sound can significantly reduce cortisol levels (the stress hormone) and boost oxytocin. It shifts the body from tension to openness.

    For these frequencies to be most effective, we layer them with intention. The voice stays front and center—the human anchor your brain is wired to follow. Soft nature sounds (water, wind, birds) and gentle piano sit at just 15–20% volume. They support the shift without overwhelming the message.

    Printing Tips:

    • Print on cardstock or heavy paper for a more "premium" feel.
    • Cut along the solid black lines.
    • Fold along the dashed center line so the Situation and Affirmation are back-to-back.
    • These cards are sized to work beautifully on 3x5 or 4x6 index cards.
