This Is
My Story
For 30 years, I served on the frontlines of healthcare. I've known the weight of burnout and the exhaustion of carrying others. Now, I'm here to help you find your own way back to calm.

30 Years on
the Frontline
I spent three decades as a Personal Support Worker in nursing homes, home care, and hospitals. It is one of the hardest jobs there is, mentally and physically. I was more than a support worker — I was an advocate and a lifeline for my patients and clients, often the one people came to when they had nowhere else to turn.
While I was caring for everyone else, I was also trying to hold onto myself. I lived through the nervous breakdowns, the sleepless nights, and the deep, heavy burnout that comes from years of long hours and selfless giving. I know exactly what it feels like to have no support and feel completely lost.
"Come as you are. You are allowed to come back. This is built for that."
What Kept
Me Going
Mindful rezset and deep breathing weren't hobbies for me; they were survival tools. I would often use these practices directly with my patients and clients, guiding them through gentle breathing or a quiet moment of calm right at their bedside. It wasn't just for me — it was a fundamental part of how I cared for people. People depended on me — my patients, my family, and my friends. No matter how I felt, I pushed through to continue helping others.
Today, I am off on disability because my body and mind reached their limit. But even in my exhaustion, I knew I still had a job to do. I may not be a doctor or a therapist, but I am someone who has walked the path of burnout and found my way through it.
I am a guide with lived experience, here to walk beside you.
A Different
Way to Help
I have spent thirty years caring for others in the healthcare system, and now I am finding a new way to offer that same support. Mindful Rezset is a way for me to take the work I've been doing at the bedside for decades and offer it to anyone who needs a moment to begin again. I believe this kind of soft, honest care is what we need most right now.
This isn't a rigid program or a push for perfection. It is a gentle place to begin again, created by someone who knows what it's like to have to start over. You are always allowed to return.
Why I
Built This
In this video, I share the real story behind The Mindful Rezset. After 30 years as a Personal Support Worker, I know the physical and mental toll of caregiving. I created this space for anyone who feels exhausted, lost, or burnt out.
"I know what it's like to feel lost and burnt out with no one to turn to. That's why this space exists—so you always have a place to come back to."
Support without pressure • Not clinical care
