    Box Breathing

    A simple technique used by athletes and professionals to regain focus and calm the nervous system.

    1. 1Inhale slowly for 4 counts
    2. 2Hold your breath for 4 counts
    3. 3Exhale slowly for 4 counts
    4. 4Hold your breath for 4 counts
    5. 5Repeat 4 times

    4-7-8 Breathing
